Tasting Notes:

Dark purple ruby in colour. Concentrated and complex nose with lifted ripe fruits such as plum, black cherry, earth, licorice and spice. Full bodied palate with rich black cherry, plum and black pepper spice. Fine silky tannins and exceptional length leaving you with a long lasting dark chocolate aftertaste.

Technical:

Sourced from the estates oldest vines in Blewitt Springs. Small open top fermentation, hand picked and aged in French oak for 12 months.
